Hey Folks,

I'm the guy who helped Todd learn everything he knows about kiting and believe me it was a tough job.

I moved from St. Pete to the Mexico Beach area (in the Fla panhandle) in 2000 and live 2 blocks away from a great Gulf of Mexico beach that few people use. As far as I know I am the only serious kite flier in this area ..... bummer. There are a few in Panama City Beach (45 miles West of where I live) but their beach is way too crowded for me.

If you are ever up this way you will be impressed by the quality of the beaches.

I will stop in and say hello to all the TISKK group next time I am down that way.

That is very true! But those 2 days of learning everything Bud knew just flew by!

Actually Bud did teach me a lot! I remember my first venture to the beach where TISKK flew. I could not get my kite to pop up more then a few feet off the ground. Turns out if your bridle is set 6" too low, this is the result. :)

I miss Bud.
